hey, i'm trying to burn a 7.45 gb video_ts file onto a DVD+R DL. Popcorn works fine writing to the disc until it writes the "Lead Out." Then an error message appears saying something about "no seek complete" and the disc doesn't finish. it plays the movie on my computer, but won't work on any other DVD player.

if it helps, the exact error message is:

"Sense Key = Medium Error
Sense Code = 0x02
NO SEEK COMPLETE"

Are you using Verbatim DVD+R DL media? If not, try that brand.
I'm just a fellow Toast-user so please don't blame Roxio for any misguidance I may provide. And do let me know if your issue gets solved. Cheers from Eugene, Oregon!

Yeah, I have seen lots of issues with DL media. Use the kind Tsantee recommended. They are the most reliable by far.
