I have been trying, unsuccessfully, for the last month, to get Roxio to help me use the HD/BD Plug-In Installer. The problem I am having is that they keep telling me that I have a serial number or CD-Key for the software, but the number I have does not seem to work. They are saying there is another number with the packaging, but I DON'T HAVE IT. I have looked everywhere and there are no other numbers except the one that is printed on the back of the paper sleeve that my Toast disk came with. I have submitted 3 tickets on this issue and I keep getting the run around. Is anyone else having this problem? If so, how did you resolve it?

The serial number is not on the CD sleeve........... it is printed on a separate sheet that has 5 adhesive stickons. The HD/BD key number is printed on it as well as all the other key numbers for Lightzone, Sonicfire, etc... Roxio needs to be clearer on a lot of the install instructions on their products FOR SURE!
