I bought Toast 9 in Oct 2008. Having upgraded to OS 10.6, I have a worthless product. The company won't do anything for us saps. I won't buy from Roxio again.

You received a kind replay from Roxio where you posted the same topic in the Toast 10 forum. I don't know what you expect from Roxio when Apple changes the OS a year after you bought Toast 9. Still, Toast 9 should work in most ways with OS !0.6 so that hardly makes it worthless even to you.
I'm just a fellow Toast-user so please don't blame Roxio for any misguidance I may provide. And do let me know if your issue gets solved. Cheers from Eugene, Oregon!
