I noticed that the make and model of my customers DVD player is not one that Roxio has on its compatability chart. Is the Roxio chart the end-all-be-all as far as compatability is concerned or would burning an image file, creating an ISO and burning that to a disc be another option that has noting to do with Roxio's reccomended DVD player's compatabilty?
God love ALL OF YOU for helping me thru this...

I'm not so sure that the OP wanted to know about the compatability for Drives Lance. Maybe she is wanting to know the compatabiliy of set top players that will play Roxio burned DVD's. At the top upper right corner of Roxio's support site is a link you can click on for Compatability and then enter the name of the manufacturer and get information that way too.

The list was for older version of the program where you had to have 'drive updates' from Roxio for the programs to recognize the DVD burners.
They changed that and in EMC7 any newer burner will be recognized by the program.
There's a note somewhere to that effect, but I don't remember where.....
