I cannot seem to bring up Titanium 10 Pro once I opened it & now I cannot shut it down on my dock... any ideas what's going on or how to quit the program?

got it............. no worries.
On a Mac if any program freeses or won't quit .... go to the apple menue bar click on the apple/Force Quit. A force quit window appears and lists all open applications including the finder. click on the one that is in red type (not responding) then click the force quit button. That will close the program and you can re-open it.
