I have just downloaded the 10.06a software upgrade and installed it. when I do the setup again it asks me for my name and serial number. It mentions that HD licence is enabled, but even though i try installing the licence code it will not highlight continue, whether it is the hd plug in licence code or the original toast 10 licence code. what am I doing wrong?

You may not be doing anything wrong. You'll need to contact Roxio's customer support to clear this up. If you still have your previous install available (maybe as a backup) go back to using it until you get this resolved.
I'm just a fellow Toast-user so please don't blame Roxio for any misguidance I may provide. And do let me know if your issue gets solved. Cheers from Eugene, Oregon!

And was the product originally purchased from Roxio?
