In Spin Doctor I'd like to see

an Automatically Pause Recording Feature, (instead of Auto Stop).

That way I don't have to be there to flip the LP.

Also, if I install the widget, what does it do?

Good suggestion.

The widget enables recording audio from your selected input plus the option to output the recorded audio to either Spin Doctor, Toast, iTunes or the desktop. The record button becomes a pause button when active. There is a playback button as well. Clicking the "i" button revolves the widget to its settings window.

I'm just a fellow Toast-user so please don't blame Roxio for any misguidance I may provide. And do let me know if your issue gets solved. Cheers from Eugene, Oregon!
