Can both of these programs be installed on the same computer at the same time?

Yes with the exception of the packet writing programs Drag to Disc. Only 1 version of this can be installed or you will have problems. The rest work fine together. I had both running for awhile but found that after awhile I didn't use 6.

Thanks for your help. Does it matter which one I install first? I would assume that I would do a custom install and not install the drag to disc? Thanks again...

Order of install does not matter.

I would use the custom install but the installer knows what to do if it encounters D2D. It will prompt you.
