Went to MyDVD added each of these 4 items "movies" to the menu....played them in "preview" and everything looked good. Used the preview DVD remote contol to select each of the 4. Played them, fast forward, etc.
Burned the disc via MyDVD using HD option (lower right corner) burn to disc (in the upper tool bar).
Most of my television DVD's wouldn't recognize the disk as readable.
My newest television DVD did recognize the disk. When I insert the DVD I see the menu.
I can use the DVD remote control to scroll up and down the menu which highlights the various productions. However, when I hit the play button on the remote control the production does not play. When I hit the play button on the actual unit the hightlighted production (just happens to be the slideshow) plays and everything looks as it should; the entire production plays. Next I hightlight the next production (a video one) and hit play on the unit and nothing happens. I've tried all the video productions and can't get them to play.
Any suggestions?
After all that work to create this production I was hoping that burning the DVD and having it be compatible with most television DVDs would be a snap. Why isn't this the case? Did I do something that would prevent the DVD from not being readable in most television DVDs.
