Does anyone know who I should contact for a rebate that was submitted in September, listed as eligible in October (with a supposed receive time to me in 30 days) and now I'm still waiting for it in January. Four months for a $20.00 check is a bit ridiculous.

Yea Here too and I am only 6 hours north of where they required me to mail the rebate to.. Hmmm Perhaps I could have walked there and back by now.  I double checked every requirement for the rebate.. Mailed mine in OCT.. Guess My TOAST IS BURNT!!!! Thanks Roxio for hiring a reputable company to handle your rebates.

Hope this helps I just bought it 2 days ago so this is right off origional.

It should of been mailed to

Toast/Titanium - $20 rebate

It also says not responsible for "lost, late, illegible documents"  

Check status online at:    www.rebateshq.com or call 866-206-9132

Hey, if you call a 866 number don't you have to pay by the minute for it????????. That's the link they provided but I haven't checked it out to see if it works.
