Hi Gary,
I have updated this new firmware on my Dell QFlix external DVD burner. Recording error keep displaying when I process recording on Qflix recordable media via this Loader. I have used same drive to record stream successfully. But not any more. I tried to get help from customer support with the error log on Roxio suppoort team. But no one can help to solve the problem until now. Are you a Roxio Qflix venue group engineer? Any suggestion?
Regards,
James
