I purchased Roxio Buzz in February and tried to
install it. Something wrong happened to the installation. Now, whenever
I start up any application, Roxio Buzz starts the installation wizard and keeps
trying to reinstall Roxio Buss. If I let it continue, it eventually
fails to install. It can't find "pftA5.tmp" in C:\Documents and
Settings\Jim\Locals~1\Temp folder and asks me to fill in the folder
where the installation package "Buzz.msi" is located. I have scanned my
computer hard drives and there is no "Buzz.msi" anywhere. Can someone tell
me how to stop this setup program from running or tell me how I can fix it by
talking to a real person at Roxio without paying for support?
Thanks for your assistance.

P.S. I also have Roxio Creator DE installed on my computer. It works
fine but when I run it like other apps, Buzz tries to install.
