Hi there,

I have just bought MyTVtoGo, and am having a few problems... First off I started using a slightly older version of the software, which would encode just fine, but wouldn't detect my storage card (using the pocketpc version).

Then after I upgraded, to the latest version, it will detect the storage card, but now wont convert the video files...

It says in the interface that it might be a decoder problem, but I have run the codec checker and the tool correctly states that Nvidia Forceware is the preferred codec.

The logfile says:

graph not responding. possible cgm-a protected content, which it isnt...

Any ideas?

Kind of fixed it by uninstalling the 3.1 version and reverted to the 3.0 version... Seems to work ok now.

Are you trying to convert HD content?  That's really the only feature that changed from version 3.0 to version 3.1.

Nope, wierd isn't it....?

The only other thing I can tell that has changed is the Roxio branding...

Ah well, I am just glad it works.

Oh, another small gripe is that MyTV togo kills the live tv viewport when I run it...
