2010 Pro won't install on Win7Ult--BURNMANAGERCBD12

Question

Hi,

 

I am trying to install 2010 Pro (retail CD) on Windows 7 Ultimate. It keeps failing at BURNMANAGERCBD12 installation. Tried everything suggested in this forum. Thanks in advance for any help.

 

I copied DVD content to a desktop folder. The setup log looks like this:
