BR plug-in differences?

I have standard Creator 2010 and now have BR burner.  There are 2 plug-in shown.   What is difference as I can't tell by description.

If you have Creator 2010, you will need both.  

If you have Creator 2010 Pro, you only need the playback plug-in.

So where does one get the Blu-ray burner plugin for Creator 2010 now? I can't find it mentioned anywhere on the Roxio site except in forum postings.
