When starting to convert a TIVO file I get the following error just as the conversion starts:

AppName: mtgserver.exe AppVer: 3.1.0.0 ModName: mtgserver.exe
ModVer: 3.1.0.0 Offset: 0002a62e

I have installed the program on a different computer and get the same error. I also have tried various TIVO files and get the same.

Any Ideas? I am trying to convert to PSP format.

It sounds like you might have some bunk decoders installed on your PC causing a crash.  Can you post the last few lines of your mytvtogo.log file?  It might give some hint as to what's causing the crash.  You can find the log file in your "My Documents\My Videos\MyTV ToGo Files\Support" folder.

Also, are you able to play the Tivo file on the same PC that you're running MyTV ToGo?

I am having the same issue with this software but i am converting dvr-ms files and it gives me the same message.  I have also tried it on 2 computers and it crashes each time.  Here is the log file entry.  Please 'help:

The serial number you entered is not valid.  To fix this you can simply enter the correct serial number your received when you purchased MyTV ToGo.  If you did pay for the software then you should contact Roxio support and verify your serial number is correct.
