I just purchased the 'Creator 2010' as a down-load and found that even with my DSL speed it took over 2 hours to down-load everything. I'd now like to buy a 'back-up CD' to use in the future if I ever need it. How do I buy this CD?
Back-up CD?

Actually if you open the files you downloaded with winzip or winrar (they're self-extract archives) you can then make your own back up copies
Extract them to a folder and then use Creator Classic to make data discs

Anyway - what has contacting Roxio got to do with making a DVD from the downloaded files?????

Oh sorry..just a noob here. But there is actually a way to purchase the back up disc if you ordered an Electronic Download. The Inside Sales staff can help do this. I know that for a fact and thought i was helping.
Just found out about necroposting though...
