New to Toast-Creating disk image

Hi-
A very simple question for most of you. I have 50GB of video and need to back up to DVD.
Should I create a disk image using Disk Utility or does Toast do that for me?

Toast has a Save as Disc Image option in the File menu. If you are wanting to back up 50 GB of video across multiple DVDs then use disc spanning feature in the Data window (Mac only setting).
