From browsing the forum, I believe I have a codec problem. I am running Mytvtogo v3.1, installed today. My codec is a Roxio codec MPEG2VIDCODEC.DLL v8.0.5.49.
mytvtogo hangs at 10% and then the message says "...please check that a proper codec is installed". The last few lines of the log file are:
21:54:26 : [mpeg4 @ 0064E428]removing common factors from framerate
21:54:26 : Unsupported codec (id=86020) for input stream #1.0
* 21:54:26 : CloseHandle hStdIn
21:54:26 : Spawn mp4 (0.0)
21:54:26 : Spawn mp4 (0)
21:54:26 : -MpegToMpeg4Psp (0)

Are you converting media that contains AC3 audio? If so, version 3.1 does not support AC3 so you should try to convert a different TV show.
