Sorry for my English
I have in my PC Windows XP SP3, Roxio Creator 2010 Pro & Roxio CinePlayer 5.3 with BD Support. BD driver from HP.
But I see such Error: Environment Error Detected. Please close all applications and restart.
Help, please. Sergey
What happens if you reboot your computer and try again? Is it just one BD disc or several? Many people have not been able to play the AVATAR movie. Is tha what you are trying to play?
What screen resolution are you using?

Regardless of what I say about computer maintenance, there is no need to defrag a solid state hard drive.
