What happens if you reboot your computer and try again?   Is it just one BD disc or several?  Many people have not been able to play the AVATAR movie.  Is tha what you are trying to play?

What screen resolution are you using?

I tried Googling that message and see a lot of hits about Java.
If it seems like that could be what is generating that message then try here to update it and see what happens.
Don't know what that would have to do with Cineplayer but it's what comes up most when trying Google.
