Cannot install?

I tried to upgrade MyDVD LE, and just followed the program's upgrade link to purchase "Upgrade - MyDVD Studio 6.2 - All Lang - ESD"

I followed all instructions of the installation program, including removing the old MyDVD. However, after the installation program finished, the new MyDVD still not installed. What can I do!

Upgrade TO MyDVD 6.2? That is Sonic's previous version and you will need to contact their tech support.
