Easy Media Creator 7 BASIC was included with my Plextor CD/DVD Drive. I like it but I wanted to upgrade so I purchased and installed Easy Media Creator 9 Suite. I didn't purchase 2010 cuz Roxio in it's infinite sutpidity
decided to drop Drage 2 Disc. I don't care if they like it or not. I DO and that's what's important. After installing "9", I found the D2D was inferior to the one included in "7". The "Launch Scandisc" was missing and I couldn't seem to change drive letters. (I have 2 DVD drives) Part of the "7" D2D menu actually says "Choose Recorder" which is missing in "9". Currently I am running Windows XP SP3, Internet Explorer 7, and Roxio Easy Media Creator 7 BASIC. My question in, Can I uninstall Roxio 7, KEEP Drag to Disc 7 and Re-install Roxio Media Creator 9 Suite??????? Please help!!!!!!
