Customer Care Service Interruption

Yesterday, May 26, 2010, the Roxio Global Customer Care team experienced an outage of two primary Customer facing systems. Customers were unable to access the trouble-ticket system or our Knowledge Base tools for approximately four hours. We apologize for the inconvenience this outage caused.
As of 6:10pm PST on May 26, functionality was fully restored. In fact, access to these two core services was improved.
We are finalizing our investigation into the cause and will take corrective action to ensure this does not happen again.
Again, myself and the whole Roxio Customer Care Team are sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for you patience and continued patronage.
