I have just installed Easy Media Creator 9 on my new Windows 7 computer, which has a Blue-Ray Burner that is controlled by Roxio software. When I installed Easy Media Creator 9 it asked me if I wanted to replace the Roxio software on my new computer. I answered no the 2 times I was asked. It seemed to install okay, but now I get a message that a Roxio driver has been disabled because it can cause system problems. I have not used the Creator 9 software yet nor the burner, so I'm not yet sure what will happen, but I'd like to know if I did the right thing by not replacing Roxio drivers already on the new system.

EMC 9 is not compatible with W7; the only one that is compatible is Creator 2010. Play with drivers at your own risk.
Regardless of what I say about computer maintenance, there is no need to defrag a solid state hard drive.
