Cant transfer Tivo recordings to toast 10

I have downloaded the latest toast 10 update as of april '10 yet I am still unable to transfer recordings to my mac. The tivo transfer app sees my recordings but when I try to transfer one of them, it gets stuck on "waiting" forever...and ever...
