I recently gave a friend my copy of EMC 7.0 and now that I have it back and am trying to reinstall it i get the message" The activation server reports that the distribution of the cd key has been disabled" Can somebody please help me.

I don't think that "GIVING" a copy of your EMC 7 program to a friend was the right thing to do. These programs are meant to be installed and registered on one computer only. You must have read the agreement when you installed it, didn't you ??
