error saving to Masteralbum.pza

My guess from the cobwebs around here is that no-one ever visits this area, but...
I had a hard drive go bad and had to re-install Photosuite 4. Now the program will no longer recognize Masteralbum.pza. I have made sure that the file is not "read only" as the error message suggests. I have tried re-re-installing the software. I have deleted the offending file. All to no avail. Any suggestions?

Is it just this file?.

Try # 3... We are expiriencing power outages here in Ogden. Fun stuff. Anyway, this problem is merely annoying as i have to deal with error messages on launching and esiting. None of the albums that I so painstakingly created are avalable as well. The problem only seems to be the inaccesability if the Masteralbum.pza file. It's in the place that photsuite thinks its in and it's not "read only" as the program seems to believe. I have tried re-installing the program with the same result. Here are the error meessages I am encountering:
