I've followed the instructions at http://kb.roxio.com/...nt/kb/ET5000071 in order to create a hybrid (Mac/Windows) disc that shares data. But, the Windows partition does not recognize the shared data.

I have also created a temporary partition using Toast when burning on the Mac. But, that resulted in the shared files not being found during the burn. The solution at the above address results in a successful burn and everything works on the Mac.

When I view the CD on Windows, I see the shared data and can access it manually. But, when I try to access it through the Macromedia/Adobe Director EXE it results in an error: "the path 'D: \StandardPractices1CD' does not exist or is not a directory.

Any idea about what's going on there? Do you think it has anything to do with the burn?

Try opening up the Mac Volume and select a certain set of files and folders that you want to share, then drag and drop those into the ISO layout. If you look at the bottom of the ISO layout you will notice that it will specify that a certain amount of files will be shared. If you dont see that option, then the files were not selected properly.

I've done that and it does indicate the shared data at the bottom of the ISO volume. Hmmm????

Oh, wait, you have Toast 5 or 6. Um, dangit, I dont have quick access to version 6. I remember Toast 5 displayed shared files in the ISO portion by turning the file name purple. I honestly cant remember what Toast 6 did. Toast 7 just lists some files as shared.
