Dear Roxio.... we need a patch for roxio creator 2009 to support windows 7 and fix all problem.  I have installed roxio 2009 onto win 7 ultimate pc and with sp4 patch plus apple quicktime as the software recommend the latest version.  While running create dvd or create dvd advance I (we)have no problem if I input under 10 video in and I watch the dvd disk space and start inserting small file size video in a way I do not let it to fill up but leave lots of extra empty space in the dvd just in case it need for other issue.  it read and  about 1/2 way encoding it pops up a error message saying videowave 11 stop working.  This i after it successful read and passing 12 video file out of 20 it crashes with a error message 'videowave 11 stop working'.  I know it is not the Chinese font we are using as the title it is put to each video because it works no problem elsewhere and in other video conversion we are doing.  Not all the time it crashes but it does when it feels like it.   We need a new patch or sp to fix this problem.  We cannot and refuse to buy roxio 2010 due to budget,  Customer who own roxio 2009 should be supported as the software is still new and is 1 previous to the current selling version. It is not the font we are using because it is on roxio 2009 is the only place giving problem and not all the time while in my dvd or using the create dvd feature.  I did a google search on videowave 11 stopping and there are lots of message out there with other user having the same problem Please issue new patch.  Please do not recommend the purchase of roxio 2010 and do not blame on the foreign text we are using with roxio 2009 because that is not the issue the txt is fine all over in all software we use with win7.


we have been testing lots of program with foreign font no problem so it is not our font.  roxio 2009 it just need a new patch.

also in your create video area when you bring up the menu selection section of create dvd on the bottom it says  click here for more design or something like that but if you click it it goes to roxio.com instead of offering you more background desing to choose from to make your movies  this is another bug and confusing.  another patch to look into.

Were just fellow users on here,so I suggest you contact Customer Service on Monday and voice your concerns with them.

My opinion, based on past history, that's NOT going to happen.
