Hi, can anyone please help me. I was working on a project/movie in My DVD that I had saved. I came back to it and it wont let me edit the project saying there is a missing file. The file that it missing is actually a temporary internet file which I just cannot find on the browse/locate file buttons. It will not let me skip this step or continue. It will play the movie if I click preview.

Please can anyone help as I cannot edit/burn my movie that I have spent hours and hours on and I don't know what to do.

Thank you!!

I've not had that problem because I don't include temp files in projects, so I can't say this _will_ work, but it may be worth trying.

If you can tell the name of the missing file and where the project says it _should_ be, copy a small file of any type to that location. Then highlight the file, press <F2>, and rename the file same as the missing file.

This should put a dummy file with the desired name where the project expects it, and might allow you to edit. If it does, first thing to do is remove that filename from your project.

Please tell us if that idea works or not.
