Runtime Error R6025

Ik gebruik Roxio creator Premier Blu-Ray 10.1 welke Dell heeft geinstalleerd in 2008 op de Inspiron 1720, samen met Windows Vista Home Premium . In het begin heeft alles gewerkt, maar nu ik het programma opstart krijg ik:
1 Bij opstarten van My DVD: Proxy Manager werkt niet meer en VideoWave werkt niet meer.
2 Bij opstarten van My DVD Expres, Cinemagic en Plug & Burn: Roxio Wizard Launcher en werkt niet meer
3.Bij opstarten Media en Devices: Media Manager 10 Module werkt niet meer, Runtim error: R6025 (pure Vertual function call

Samen met Dell heb ik Roxio Preier Blu Ray opnieuw geinstalleerd etc. Helaas nog steeds de zelfde foutmeldingen

Er wordt mij geadviseer om Windows Vista opnieuw te installeren om de problemen met Roio op te lossen.

Wie heeft suggesties voor oplossingen.

How do you fix run time error R6025. I have creater 9. I have uninstalled it and then re installed it. Still get run time error. went to roxio support and downloaded service pack 4, it does not find creater 9 on my computer. Any help appreciated

What version of EMC 9 do you have?  Your version may already have the SP4 installed.  If you have an OEM version, the patches won't work for you.

For your runtime error problem, try this first:

If that doesn't work, you may have to do a clean install.  Follow the instructions in the following link.  If you have Vista, scroll down, in that link, to click on the Vista version of the clean install.
