Hello Forum,

I made a screenshot of the "About" Window and attached it.

I always get a script error when the software is running automatic update.
So I tried to download an update myself but could not find the right updater package.

I already tried the 9.1 update from this Forum, but it said I don't have the correct Software installed to update.

Can u help me finding an update?

Thanks in advance.

The 'DE' at the end says it's a Dell OEM version. This has had parts removed and other modificatuions and the updates here are for the full retail version (and won't work with an OEM)

You have to contact Dell for support and updates on that one I'm afraid

User04,

You got the right forum, since the 'Creator DE' you have is a modified EMC 9 - Dell also put a modified EMC 10 out as "Roxio Creator DE".

When you contact Dell as Daithi suggested, tell them you have the version 9 one.
