I haven't posted for a while. My Sony PC-330 has a wide screen mode - it's not true high definition, but it is 16 by 9. I was wondering if I upgrade to EMC-8, will it be able to edit in wide screen mode? The promo material seems to indicate it can generate wide screen still shows, but can it handle wide screen video? With TVs going to the wide screen format, I am wondering if it's time to start shooting my videos in wide screen too.

Yes it does. I think if you go to the website you can see what it is capable of doing.
