Hi.  I use EMC 7 on a computer with Windows XP.  I've copied pictures to disc and DVD in the past using drag to disc and the copy to dvd function.  I tried copying pictures to DVD the other day and kept getting this error message:  "Error #2006  There was an error while making this disc compatible with other systems.  This disc should still be readable on a computer with drag to disc installed.  To be safe you should move the files that are on this disc to a new disc."  This message popped up every time I ejected a disc.

I'm copying to DVD-R (which I've used in the past without any problems).

This is getting very frustrating and expensive!  Any help will be greatly appreciated.  Thanks so much.   :)

Use Creator Classic, a program in the suite.  You won't have to format the disc, and it can be read on any computer.

Thank you DG.  I'll try it and give feedback - it may be a few days before I get around to it.  I appreciate your help.   :D
