Burned a video using MyDVD. The video appears on the DVD-R disc when using the PC, but will not play in home video unit.
Drag-to-disc set to close disc so can be used on any machine. The box asking to show dialog before ejecting is checked.
The disc is not being prepared for use on any machine, so want to uninstall Drag-to-Disc and then reload.
Roxio Drag-to-Disc does not appear on my Control Panel, Remove Programs list.  How do I uninstall and re-install a clean version?

What version of the suites are you using?

Drag to Disc was dropped a few years ago

Apart from which, it will not produce a DVD that is playable on anything except a comouter

If it ain't broke, fiddle with it until it breaks, then fiddle with it until you get it fixed

Using Roxio Creator 2010 (Special Edition from Costco). When installing or using repair it appears to reference my Easy Media Creator Suite 9 which has Drag-to-Disc as a part of its suite.  Under Drag-to-Disc opetions it allows to Leave the disc open (use on this computer or with compatible Drag-to-Disc Versions. It also allows to Close the disc to enable use without Drag-to-Disc which is how I get it to be compatible with my DVD players.

Again - if Drag-to-Disc is installed on my PC, why doesn't it show on the control panel for removal?
Thanks.

Never use Drag-to-Disc to make Video-DVDs. You can never guarantee that the result will play on all DVD players. You should instead Create and Burn your DVD with MyDVD.

It should show on your Add/Remove programs part of Control Panel unless you've managed to do something strange to it. Mine does.

If the uninstall entry for D2D has disappeared, installing the program again [through a custom install of EMC 9] should make it reappear.
