Using Dell PC running Windows 7 with 1TB memory and a Blu Ray/DVD drive/writer. Roxio 10.3 supplied with the computer. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Roxio Media importer does not recognise my camcorder for video but does for stills. myDVD and My DVD express do not recognise files imported through Panasonic HD writer or Windows.
