I have searched the forum and can't find an answer to my issue. I am trying to burn windows media files to DVD but the system asks for the files to be converted. When I click OK and follow the prompts it goes to a "transcoding" window, where it says it it converting, but nothing happens. I have left it here for more than an hour and nothing happens. I have tried different files and none seem to "convert". Any suggestions? Please help!!
