i should be most gratfull if some one could help me with a problem i dont understand. when i start up my computer i get the following message



          runtime error
          program...common files\roxio
          shared\9.0\shared com\rox watch tray 9.exe
          the application has requested the run time
          to terminate in a unusual way


          i have no idear what this means or what the problem is
          i woulkd be gratfull for any assistance
