If you are considering buying and installing Creator 2011. there are a few things to check and do.

Does your computer meet/exceed these minimum system specifications (link) ? If not, don't buy it. If you have already bought it diectly from Roxio (only), then you have 30 days from the date of purchase to get your money back from the Roxio site where you bought it (don't wait for 31 days).

To properly install Creator 2011 (or any other software), prepare your computer like this (link)

Did you know there was a repair option for the program in Windows - what used to be called "Add or Remove Programs" and is now under "Programs" then "Programs and Features" if you start from Windows control panel?
