I am attempting to create a custom hybrid CD in Roxio Toast 6. I am encountering the message "Could not record the disk becuase there was an I/O error. Result code=-36"

I create a temporary partition, put my mac data on it, put my pc data on the ISO segment and share the mac data on the iso segment. Then as soon as I press the 'burn' button the message pops up.

Any ideas or help?

Rather then using an entire volume, use the disc utility to create an image file.  Later mount the image and use that as your source.  Oh, make sure the file system on the image is hfs, not hfs plus.
