HI
I got the same reaction from Roxio.  You got it, but if it goes wrong Tough ,we don't want to know so i wont buy any more roxio soft ware  I tried to inatall my medea 9 It won't accept my key number I have told buy some rude person I have to upgrade Rubbish Try () you get abetter responce Terry (PS who reads this any way Roxio Don't)

When did you buy the software?  Did it come with a piece of hardware (computer or burner)? There is nothing named MyMedia.  What do you actually have and where did you buy it.  

I removed the name of the other software since it adds nothing to the rant.

Do you have the name of the rude person?  Perhaps the moderator can track the person down and get the details.

BTW, there are some Kb articles that you can find if you click on the support tab and then Support Home and type in your issue.  Something like this (link).
Regardless of what I say about computer maintenance, there is no need to defrag a solid state hard drive.
