Thanks for replying. What I need to know is the best method for transfer and edit to DVD. The version I have now is fine for a simple transfer. I know I will need to purchase software with greater editing capabilities. My question is: it is better to edit while transferring or transfer then edit.

Edit Video is your Video Editor, Videowave. Create DVD's is your DVD Author application MyDVD...

Save your projects to the hard drive, open Videowave and edit, save the project or send it to MyDVD for menus and burning...

I have now spent one week of study of all of the components of Roxio Easy VHS to DVD. Thanks to the help of the Roxio Community I have been able to transfer VHS tapes to my hard drive and edit them. Now I need to transfer my productions to My DVD to burn them. MyDVD can't find the files of my production. What do I do now?
