Is the, "Supports Discs with multiple main movies", feature really new?

I'm using Popcorn 1 and am able to burn discs with multiple movies.

But it seems what is new is that there is an option to extract multiple movies with the main audio track, thereby saving some compression.

I don't care about the other features but I am into as little compression as is possible.

Is it really a significant enough quality bump to upgrade?

My impression is not.

I'd like to test before buying, but I don't think that's an option.
