I tried to uninstall a program that came with my blackberry phone and every time I log onto my laptop. I keep getting a pop-up that says "The feature you are trying to use is on a cd-rom or other removable disk that is not available." Insert the "Roxio Update Manager" disk and click OK - Use source: (1)"

I cannot cancel and If I click OK I get a message saying An installation package for the product Roxio Update Manager cannot be found. Try the installation again using the valid copy of the installation package. 'UM.MSI'.

I don't know what to do because roxio was already installed on my laptop when I purchased it.

Contact your computer manufacture  for a disc. to reinstall the software,  They provided you with an cut down OEM version of the software and are responsible for the support of that version.
