Hi Folks, I have Roxio Creator 9 Suite and I am having problems viewing files taken with a Canon T2i HD camera. After downloading flies from camera into Creator 9, I'm trying to play the files prior to editing. When I click on the play button, I get a message "can't find 3c9960.misc file" and ask me to insert CD. The video will play, but the image in not visable in the editing window. At this point, I have to close the problem. I don't where to find file 3c9960.misc. Any advice would be appreciated.

Hello,
I've searched all my EMC 9 installations, and I can't find any *.misc file or any 3c9960.* files in any of them. They don't seem to be EMC 9 files.
What sort of names do your camera files have? Anything similar to the filename you mentioned?

I'm dropping in here Brendon in case .misc is a typo for .msc
