Platform is XP Pro, Dell 4700 desktop. When using a Samsung external DVD burner, I get a centered black box CINEPLAYER and then windows installer. Result states "insert program disk" I NEVER INSTALLED this Roxio product, and CANNOT remove it from computer! Add/Remove Program does list all the Roxio programs, but WITHOUT a "change/remove box" after each program. PLease help me to completely remove all these Roxio products. TIA, Doc

Sounds like you have a Dell OEM Roxio software (it came pre-installed on your computer)...if this is the case check with Dell as they provide ALL support for their software.
