I cannot recognize my dvd drives with Roxio Easy Media Creator 7.5. I had a magicjack problem and they did something and I cannot see my drives when I go to copy a disc

I found the answer. I looked up back discussion group and found a program "Pxengine4_18_16a"" and it now recognizes my dvd drives. thank you for caring.......thank you all

What happens if you remove Magicjack?,
