I need some help!

I had problem with EMC7, didn't rember what happen but dialogues popped up and eventually told me to reinstall it. I used the add/remove without succeed.

I had follow complete uninstall instruction. But it always pop up when turn on the PC - InstallShield Wizard - Could not open the certificate reading DLL. Neither close or click ok will work. It stays on the screen forever.

Follow the microsoft clean up instruction to remove it, but it won't let me do anything as the EMC appears as in use.

How can I remove it from automatic start up?

PS. It's window XP, and IE6.

Yes, it takes care the shield install disappear. But when I use the microsoft clean up, the same "Another installation is already in progress. Complete that installation before proceeding with this install."
