Hi, I am trying to use roxio easy creator v9. When I click the roxio icon, a warning coming to screen "the certificate file is missing or has been corrupted. Please re-install it" I did the re-installation 3 or 4 times but nothing change, still getting this problem.
Please someone help me about this issue!

Roxio Easy Media Creator v9 is not compatible with Windows 7 in any flavor!

Roxio Creator 2010 and the current version Roxio Creator 2011 are the only two versions compatible with Windows 7..

It was given to me with the new HP desktop computer and installed OS is windows 7. Why roxio or HP is doing this? How they can put this software in to computer and do not know this issue?

Roxio would not be doing this to you, since they don't give away their software.

It may be yet another HP salesman who has not done his homework. You should ask HP.

Sorry we weren't able to get something working for you. I hope you can persuade HP to give you a version which is compatible, since they seem to have slipped up here.
